NAR Settlement
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) proposed a $418 million settlement, pending court approval,
to resolve antitrust lawsuits. The Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO)
has created a Fact Sheet, Impact Statement, and Frequently Asked Questions to provide clarity
regarding this settlement and how it may affect real estate licensees who are REALTORS®.

FINGERPRINT INSTRUCTIONS
To schedule an appointment for fingerprinting, follow the instructions for fingerprint scanning and processing found on
Fieldprint’s
website. Non-resident applicants
who cannot find a fingerprint scanning site in their area should contact the Commission's Licensing Division for information.
LICENSE EXAMINATIONS
Exams can be scheduled by calling 888-926-9488 or visiting Pearson VUE's
website.
